I have been in the real estate business since July, 2002. Before that, I was an electrical engineer, working as an electrical contractor. I owned my own business for 14 years, and before that, I was Vice President of a large electrical construction company for 20 years. I bring this deeply ingrained background to real estate.
I lead my clients through the entire process. I am with them from the time they start looking for a piece of property all the way through the negotiations on the property until the time the contract is accepted and closed.
My work finds me delving into both commercial and residential real estate - "two different worlds".
I enjoy both of them pretty much the same. There are different challenges in each and I enjoy being able to meet with people, solve their problems and meet their needs.
I work with clients to help them make drawings and submit them to the proper building departments as necessary. Because of my engineering background, I am able to take a client through every step of the planning process including variances through the zoning boards.
I compare the process of coordinating the follow-up work, including working with mortgage companies, title companies and banks, to being a quarterback. I am calling the plays; I coordinate everything and everybody. Everybody is not necessarily always on the same schedule as the client.
Real estate is not about working toward a one-time sale with a client, it is about building relationships over a lifetime, relationships that lead to future business from an individual and referrals from his or her family and friends.
I offer professional service with a personal touch.
That is what sets me apart from other agents, I work for my clients!
